Returns & Refunds Policy

Last Updated: August 25, 2026

We want Packachange customers to have a clear process for eligible returns and refunds.

1. 30-Day Return Period

Unless otherwise stated, eligible products may be returned within 30 days after delivery.

A return must be authorized by Packachange before merchandise is shipped back.

2. Return Condition

Eligible merchandise generally must be:

  • · Unused
  • · Unopened
  • · In its original packaging
  • · Complete
  • · In resalable condition

Packachange may reject returned merchandise that does not meet applicable return requirements.

3. 15% Restocking Fee

A 15% restocking fee applies to eligible customer-requested returns.

The restocking fee does not apply when the return results from an incorrect, damaged, or defective product for which Packachange accepts responsibility.

4. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for customer-requested returns.

If Packachange accepts responsibility for an incorrect, damaged, or defective product, Packachange will determine the appropriate return, replacement, refund, or other remedy.

5. Original Shipping Charges

Original shipping, delivery, and freight charges are generally non-refundable for customer-requested returns.

6. Non-Returnable Products

Unless Packachange agrees otherwise or applicable law requires otherwise, products that may not be eligible for return include:

  • · Custom-manufactured products
  • · Custom-printed products
  • · Personalized products
  • · Special-order products
  • · Used products
  • · Opened products that cannot reasonably be resold
  • · Clearance merchandise identified as final sale
  • · Products identified as non-returnable before purchase

7. Incorrect, Damaged or Defective Products

Contact Packachange promptly if you believe you received an incorrect, damaged, or defective product.

We may request photographs, packaging, shipping labels, lot information, or other evidence reasonably necessary to investigate.

Do not dispose of affected merchandise or packaging until instructed to do so where an investigation or carrier claim may be necessary.

8. Freight Damage

Visible freight damage should be documented on the carrier's delivery receipt before accepting the shipment whenever reasonably possible.

Customers should photograph the pallet, cartons, merchandise, and shipping labels and retain relevant packaging during the investigation.

Failure to document visible freight damage may affect available carrier remedies.

9. Refused Shipments

Refusing delivery does not constitute an authorized return and does not automatically entitle a customer to a full refund.

For customer-requested refusals, Packachange may deduct applicable original shipping, return freight, storage, carrier charges, and the 15% restocking fee from any refund otherwise due.

10. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method where practicable.

Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.
